Fabricio Serrano
Co-President
Meet Fabricio, a final-year Marketing and Economics student with a passion for business, aviation, and strategic marketing. After joining JMUCC as a PRC in 2023, followed by a role as VP Marketing he launched a photography business, delivering 8,000+ images to 26 teams. His studies at the National University of Singapore deepened his global perspective—now fueling his mission to elevate the JMUCC brand.


Aaron Dalangin
Co-President
Meet Aaron, a fourth-year Business Technology Management student at the John Molson School of Business and Co-President of JMUCC's 19th Edition. Aaron first joined JMUCC as a Presentation Room Coordinator and later served as VP Technology & Innovation, where he led initiatives to enhance the competition’s technological operations and participant experience. Passionate about student leadership, innovation, and creating meaningful experiences, he is excited to work alongside the organizing committee to elevate JMUCC and deliver an unforgettable edition for delegates, volunteers, judges, and sponsors from around the world.
Rachel Naidoo
VP Academic Affairs
Meet Rachel, a second-year Finance student and returning member of the JMUCC organizing committee. After serving as First-Year Representative and Judges Coordinator last year, she’s excited to contribute to the academic vision of the 18th edition as VP Academic Affairs. With experience competing at HR Symposium and Jeux du Commerce, Rachel has developed a strong appreciation for the role case competitions play in developing future business leaders. She is dedicated to enhancing the competition’s academic rigor, curating an engaging delegate experience, and ensuring participants are challenged to think critically, and apply their knowledge to real-world business situations.


Meriem Tamenaoul
VP Logistics
Meet Meriem, a second-year Finance student who somehow manages to enjoy spreadsheets, event planning, and the chaos that comes with organizing a conference. As VP of Logistics for the 19th edition of JMUCC, she is excited to be working behind the scenes to turn months of planning into an unforgettable weekend. Whether it's coordinating venues, solving last-minute challenges, or making sure every detail falls into place, Meriem is committed to creating an experience where delegates can focus on what matters most: debating, learning, and making new connections. She looks forward making this year's edition of JMUCC an event filled with memorable moments, meaningful conversations, and plenty of stories to tell long after the conference ends.
Laetitia Foulon
VP Communications & Development
Meet Laetitia, a third-year International Business student. Passionate about building meaningful connections and creating engaging experiences, she is proud to serve as VP Communications & Development for JMUCC's 19th edition. Through this role, she looks forward to strengthening relationships with students, sponsors, and partners, while helping showcase everything that makes JMUCC such a unique and impactful experience. With her creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication, Laetitia is excited to help make this year's edition one to remember.


Lina Higazy
VP Marketing
Meet Lina, a fourth-year International Business student with a passion for marketing and creative storytelling. As the VP of Marketing for JMUCC, she leads the committee’s branding and communications efforts, creating engaging campaigns that connect delegates, sponsors, and industry professionals. With experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and graphic design, Lina combines creativity with strategic thinking to elevate the conference experience and strengthen the JMUCC brand.
Tara Azodi
VP External Affairs
Meet Tara, a fourth-year student at the John Molson School of Business, double majoring in International Business and Business Technology Management. She previously served as a Presentation Room Coordinator during the 18th edition of JMUCC, where she got a firsthand look at what it takes to run a world-class case competition. As Vice President of External Affairs, she now oversees everything that connects JMUCC to the world from school recruitment to making sure delegations from across the globe feel welcomed long before they land in Montréal. Outside of JMUCC, Tara has a genuine passion for connecting with cultures across the globe, and believes that a shared love of competition is what brings us all together.


Tyson Stock
VP Corporate Relations
Meet Tyson, a third year Finance student at the John Molson School of Business. What started as volunteering as a Presentation Room Coordinator at JMUCC earlier this year quickly turned into a passion for the competition and everything it represents. Now as Vice President of Corporate Relations, he channels that enthusiasm into building meaningful corporate partnerships and crafting a delegate experience worth remembering. When he is not focused on JMUCC or his studies, you can find him in the gym or intensely watching the NBA.
Shehroz Ahsan
VP Finance & Administration
Meet Shehroz, a fourth-year Finance student at the John Molson School of Business with a passion for financial analysis, investment strategy, and problem-solving. Fascinated by the fast-paced environment of case competitions and the opportunity to bring together some of the brightest business students from around the world, he was drawn to JMUCC's unique impact on student development and professional growth. As Vice President of Finance, he is committed to ensuring the competition's financial success and supporting the resources needed to create an exceptional experience for delegates, volunteers, judges, and sponsors. Excited to work alongside a dedicated organizing committee, Shehroz looks forward to helping make this year’s edition of JMUCC one to remember.


Justin Brown
VP Technology & Innovation
Meet Justin, a fourth-year Marketing student returning to JMUCC after an amazing experience as a Team Ambassador during the 18th edition. Justin has had a passion for all things technology since a young age. His hobby developing software and video games will allow him to bring new ideas and skills to create a more immersive and connected experience for this year’s edition.
